policy statement
Kascco concentrates on providing
its customers with quality products. To this end the group mobilizes
its management skills and uses its resources in the most efficient and
cost effective manner to produce projects of the required standard and
quality.
Quality control and using best construction practises are core activities
of Kascco. In order to reinforce this philosophy the company has become
a member of the National Construction council (NCC) of Zambia.
Quality Control Objectives
• To deliver our client the standard of quality specified in the contract
and to exceed these standards where possible.
• To create and maintain
the culture of quality in the company.
• To ensure that all our
employees are trained in quality assurance and that this training is
ongoing at all levels.
• To meet all legal requirements
in respect to quality.
• To provide the resource
necessary to achieve the required level of quality.
• To ensure that quality
control mechanisms are being effectively and efficiently applied at
all times.
• To provide documentation
evidence of all quality control measures.
• To ensure that all consultants,
suppliers, subcontractors and others who are involved in our projects
meet the required quality standards.
• To continually review and
implement quality control and best practices procedures.
• To seek feedback from our
clients and consultants as to the level of quality delivered.
Kascco acknowledges its duty to meet the client’s requirements; in all
respects and as such stands by a quality Assurance Management system
in line with NCC.
We define quality as the totality of features and characteristics of
a service that bear on its ability to satisfy a given need. It is simply
put “conformance to requirements”.
We understand the meanings and consequences of ‘economic quality’, ‘conformity’,
‘compliance’, quality management etc.
Our quality system sets out the organisation’s structure, responsibilities,
activities resources and events that together provide organized procedures
and methods of implementation, to ensure the capability of the organisation
to meet quality requirement.
